Retail Channel Sales Manager – North America (Big Box Retail) KY-6G5E

Position Overview

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's offline access and product placement in mainstream big-box retail channels in North America (Canada, United States) and Europe (e.g., Walmart, Costco). The role will drive the in-store execution of ergonomic gaming chairs through display rack and pallet stack formats. Channel vendor qualifications are already in place but physical product rollout has not yet begun — this role requires building the end-to-end SOP from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with purchasing managers and buyers at major retailers such as Walmart and Costco; maintain existing vendor and channel qualification status
• Clarify retailer listing and placement requirements (including packaging, pallet stack, and other compliance requirements), and drive product shipment and in-store placement
• Lead the full process from channel qualification to on-the-ground execution for offline channels, and establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
• On the basis of completing the existing channel rollout, expand and secure new retail channel qualifications

Qualifications

• Offline channel sales experience with large chain retailers in North America or Europe (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Metro)
• Familiar with non-standard display formats such as pallet stacks (e.g., dual-pallet / quad-pallet stacks, half-pallet displays), display racks, and dump bins — not limited to standard shelf stocking
• Able to independently conduct high-frequency business engagement (e.g., business meals, coffee meetings), with strong client relationship maintenance capability
• Language proficiency sufficient for local business communication
• Valid Canadian or U.S. work authorization preferred (the company can assist with sponsorship, but candidates with existing work authorization are preferred)
