Rheumatologist

We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join a growing outpatient practice near Indianapolis. The role involves providing 100% outpatient rheumatology care with a broad case mix, including RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, and biologic management. The practice features an established referral base, reasonable patient volumes, and a dedicated team of medical and infusion staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining access, continuity of care, and supporting a busy infusion program. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, based on a 4.5-day workweek.

Qualifications include medical license support, and sponsorship options such as J-1 or H-1B. Key skills encompass strong clinical knowledge, patient management, and teamwork.

Compensation offers a base salary of $300,000+, productivity incentives, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and full benefits including retirement and health insurance. The position is PSLF eligible and supports Indiana medical licensing.
