What You Can Expect: Full-time employment with gradual caseload independence Dual mentorship model: on-site hospital mentor + national mentorship team Hands-on learning with real-time case support and guidance A nationwide cohort of peers for ongoing connection and support Flexible start dates Who We’re Looking For: New DVM/VMD graduates seeking strong mentorship and support Veterinarians interested in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practice (based on location) Candidates passionate about high-quality medicine, teamwork, and continuous learning Qualifications Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $100,000 - $125,000 All offers include quarterly no negative accrual for new graduates Up to $35,000 new grad sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave Relocation assistance available CE reimbursement plus paid PTO for CE Paid VIN, AVMA, and Plumb’s memberships Life in Toledo, OH: Toledo offers a compelling mix of affordability, community, and opportunity.
