Responsibilities You love what you do, now love where you do it. We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our Community Regional Medical Cardiac Progressive Care team! This is our largest inpatient unit, with 64 monitored beds and a patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 (depending on the acuity), caring for moderate to high acuity cardiac patients. With a high volume of admissions and discharges, you should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail, all while providing exceptional patient care. In this fast-paced and team-oriented environment, you will encounter a variety of patients, including surgical, step-down, post-procedure and more. Given the advanced techniques and diverse cases you will encounter, you should be a self-motivated team player eager to learn and ready to contribute to the efforts of this close-knit team. Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency required Licenses and Certifications RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required Disclaimers • Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
