The schedule for this role is Four (4) ten (10) hour shifts. Summary of Major Duties: Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety and direction of unit staff in designated service area. Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of all patients in service area. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Compact Licensure BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire ICU or Emergency Room Experience preferred.
