Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care with surgical team in collaboration with other departments. Position Details: CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) | Mercy FT, Days, Call Required $10,000 Sign On Bonus Join Mercy's Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team at a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center. Mercy's CVOR provides advanced surgical care for adult patients across six operating rooms, including a hybrid OR and a peripheral vascular lab. Nurses on this team support both Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery , working alongside highly specialized surgeons performing: Open heart and vascular procedures Minimally invasive surgeries Robotic cardiothoracic procedures Vascular interventions and complex vascular surgeries A unique benefit of this role is Mercy's comprehensive training program, where nurses are oriented and trained in both the circulating and scrub roles.
