Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details: 7pm-7am with rotational weekends and holidays. Graduate Nurses- only those who have graduated or are graduating in the Fall of 2026 can apply. Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only Weekend Differential Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: One year RN experience. Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Why Mercy?
