Location & Work Model: Full Relocation Package / On-site Training Target Start Dates: Sept & Oct 2026 Intake Shift Pattern: 24/7 (Mon-Sun) Key Responsibilities Content Moderation: Review user-generated content, social posts, and ad campaigns to ensure policy compliance. Policy Enforcement: Take prompt and accurate action on content violating safety standards. Pattern Recognition: Identify and document behavioral trends to proactively mitigate risk. Requirements Languages: Native/Fluent Russian and strong B2+ English (written & verbal). Skills: Attention to detail, logical reasoning, and time management. Resilience: Comfortable processing sensitive and high-exposure materials. (Preferred: Prior experience in fraud, spam, cybercrime, or moderation) . What We Offer Base Pay: €1,350 per 4-week cycle.
