About the Role

As a key member of the Transformation Delivery Team, you will provide specialist sales and commercial expertise across strategic initiatives, ensuring solutions are customer-focused, market-ready, scalable, and aligned with Goodwin's long-term growth objectives.

You will work closely with executive leaders, operational teams, marketing, and commercial stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs that improve go-to-market capability, customer growth, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Business Growth

• Contribute sales and business development expertise to growth-focused initiatives.
• Support the development of go-to-market strategies, sales models, and customer acquisition approaches.
• Embed pipeline management, lead generation, and conversion disciplines into new ways of working.
• Ensure initiatives are designed to deliver sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.

Enhance Customer & Commercial Performance

• Partner with commercial, marketing, and operational teams to align growth initiatives with service delivery capability.
• Support the design of customer journeys, sales processes, and account management frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate risks relating to demand generation, capacity, and delivery readiness.
• Ensure customer experience and brand integrity remain central throughout delivery.

Build Capability & Measure Success

• Support sales capability uplift through improved tools, frameworks, and performance measures.
• Drive adoption of new processes and behaviours across the organisation.
• Define and track key growth metrics including revenue, pipeline health, customer acquisition, and conversion performance.
• Support transition of initiatives into business-as-usual ownership and continuous improvement.

Lead Strategic Transformation

• Deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives aligned to Goodwin's Strategic Roadmap.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across complex programs.
• Provide insights and reporting to governance forums and executive leadership.

About You

You are a commercially driven transformation professional who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery expertise. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and turning growth strategies into measurable outcomes.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation, change, or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong background in sales, business development, commercial growth, or go-to-market execution.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into executable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing stakeholders at executive and senior leadership levels.
• Strong communication, reporting, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Highly Regarded

• Formal training in sales leadership, commercial strategy, change management, or program delivery.
• Experience with CRM enablement, sales model redesign, customer growth initiatives, or commercial transformation.
• Experience working within a Transformation Office, PMO, or Business Improvement environment.
