Job Description As a Sales Consultant at Wall Street English, you are central to the student enrollment and relationship journey. You’ll guide prospective students in selecting personalized English courses while nurturing and supporting existing students through renewals and referrals. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will balance achieving sales targets with delivering thoughtful, high-quality service that meets each student’s needs and expectations. You will manage consultations, follow-ups, and after-sales support, working closely with the Sales Manager and Service Team to ensure a seamless student experience from first contact through course completion. Key Responsibilities: Sell personalized English courses to prospective students and support renewals and referrals. Manage sales appointments, follow-ups, and consultations to meet monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records and activity updates within the sales CRM system. Act as a liaison between students and the service team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction. Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, student care, and service quality. Conduct after-sales sessions, handle contracts, and manage no-shows or cancelations. Participate in sales and service meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development activities. Requirements Fluent in English and the local language. Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Consultant with a successful sales track record. Strong working knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools. Solid understanding of core sales principles, including lead generation, sales pipelines, forecasting, and conversion. Experience in education, service, hospitality, or customer-focused environments (preferred). University degree or professional sales/business qualification (advantageous).
