Sales & Front Desk Administrator (Saudi Nationals only))

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Front Desk Administrator who loves working with people, enjoys sales.

Your Responsibilities

* Convert enquiries into trial classes and memberships.

* Follow up consistently with leads through calls & CRM.

* Handle approximately 50–60 outbound calls per day.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.

* Manage memberships, renewals, and payment follow-ups.

* Resolve concerns professionally and turn objections into opportunities.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Arabic is mandatory for our Saudi Arabia positions.

* Experience using CRM systems.

* Fast and accurate typing skills.

* Strong communication and active listening abilities.

* Positive, energetic, and friendly personality.

* Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

* Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

* Ability to stay calm under pressure and confidently handle difficult customer situations.

* Strong negotiation and closing skills.

* Ability to use persuasive, engaging sales techniques naturally—not scripted.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with KPIs.
