Japan Remit Finance Co., Ltd. is a licensed international money transfer company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. We provide secure and reliable remittance services to customers around the world.
As we continue to expand our Philippine Remittance Corridor, we're looking for a motivated Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Executive to join our team.
This is a dynamic role that combines sales, digital marketing, and customer support. You'll help grow our customer base, build relationships within the Filipino community in Japan, and deliver excellent service to customers sending money home.

What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promote Japan Remit's remittance services to the Filipino community in Japan.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, community groups, and business partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns through social media and community channels.
- Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Provide friendly and professional customer support by phone, email, online, and in person.
- Assist customers with account registration, transactions, and general inquiries.
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Work on weekends, with two consecutive weekdays off.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Fluency in Tagalog.
- Good communication skills in English.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
- A friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Confidence using social media for marketing and customer engagement.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
It would be an advantage if you have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in remittance, banking, financial services, or fintech.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Basic Japanese language skills.
