Sales Representative - Dutch - Limassol Position: Sales Representative Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work model: on-site Employment type: Employment contract RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships through consistent communication Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of satisfaction Stay informed about products, features, and promotions to effectively present their value Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue within assigned customer accounts Provide regular reports and insights based on customer data to support satisfaction and engagement. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided) At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Proactive and service-oriented with a hands-on approach to customer engagement.
