Asset Homez International Properties LLC is a fast-growing UAE real estate brokerage with offices across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. We specialize in off-plan and secondary market properties and work with leading UAE developers.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader – Off-Plan to lead and grow our Abu Dhabi sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants
• Drive monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue
• Develop and execute off-plan sales strategies
• Recruit and build a high-performing sales team
• Support negotiations and deal closures
• Build relationships with developers, investors, and key clients
• Monitor team performance, CRM pipeline, and conversions
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends and new project launches
• Work with Marketing and Management to maximize lead conversion
Requirements
• 3+ years of UAE real estate experience
• Strong Abu Dhabi off-plan market knowledge
• Previous experience leading a team of 5+ agents
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong developer and client network preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• CRM experience; Bitrix24 is an advantage
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
