The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and working knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support end-to-end service operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions Configure and manage Cases, Queues, Escalation Rules, Entitlements, and Milestones Implement and customize Omni-Channel for intelligent case routing Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Visualforce pages Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts Implement Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Chat, Messaging, and CTI integrations Support integration between Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) objects (Cases ↔ Work Orders) Perform testing, deployment, and production support Ensure Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications 4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
