Overview: As an SAP Build Developer, you will design, develop, configure, and maintain digital solutions using SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Process Automation on SAP BTP. This role combines modern low-code/no-code development with strong pro-code capabilities in SAP Fiori/UI5, CAP (Node.js/JavaScript), and OData to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to modernize processes, improve usability, and deliver high-quality applications that drive productivity and measurable business value. This position spans design, development, testing, and support to create digital experiences that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on SAP BTP, including CAP (Node.js/JavaScript), SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Process Automation.
• Experience developing and integrating SAP Fiori/UI5 applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience integrating SAP Build and Work Zone solutions with OData services and SAP backend systems through SAP BTP connectivity.
• Working knowledge of solution design, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation for SAP applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, user-centric digital solutions with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice to Have Skills

• SAP Build or SAP Fiori/UI5 certifications.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar (required).

Other Requirements

• Hybrid work schedule: this position will work at home and in the Nashville office.
• Must live within the greater Nashville area or be willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area.
