Location: Cancun, Mexico

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Manager for our Spanish FX Retention Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Mexico.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker
• Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Retention as a Manager
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Currently based in Mexico or open to relocating on short notice
• Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
