In this role, you’ll support and train junior team members, develop partnership and referral strategies, manage lead distribution, and drive SDR performance and growth. 🎯 What will be your impact: Lead and support SDRs with daily activities, performance goals, and recruitment. Identify training needs, onboard new salespeople, and mentor the team with in-depth product knowledge. Collaborate with your SDR Manager and internal teams to create impactful educational materials—presentations, sales scripts, and product updates—and design engaging training sessions with gamification, role-plays, and pitch simulations. Drive strategic prospecting, targeting key players, and refining outreach strategies for impact. 🌟You would be great fit if you have: +4 years of experience in Sales +2 years as a Team Lead (preferably in SaaS). Have native level of English.
