Senior Adviser – Education Quality & Improvement | 11048 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £66,050 to £69,598 per annum | Soulbury 17-20 | Countywide We are seeking a high-calibre existing or previous school or education leader to join us as we embark on our next phase of transformation and improvement under education policy reform. The role will lead the local authority’s statutory functions relating to the quality and effectiveness of educational settings through auditing and intervening to secure improvement and delivery to the highest standard which achieves best outcomes for children and young people. Such oversight will cover all elements of educational quality as set out in the Ofsted school inspection framework and national standards for non-school alternative provision across all ages and stages, including settings delivering provision to young people with Education Health Care Plans up to age 25, covering both the state and independent sector both inside and outside Norfolk.
