Lead stakeholder engagement, Indigenous engagement, social investment and agreement compliance. Support project development through stakeholder engagement and cultural heritage coordination. The Opportunity: Join Gold Fields’ Community Relations team and help manage stakeholder relationships, social risks and community engagement across our exploration and operational portfolio. The role has a strong focus on fostering meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owners and local communities through native title relationship management, agreement compliance, and strategic social investment initiatives that deliver lasting community benefits. This permanent opportunity is being offered on an 8/6 roster and is available on a residential basis in the Goldfields Region (Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, or Coolgardie) or FIFO from Perth. Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period.
