Job Description: Job Description We are looking for a Digital Compliance & Privacy Specialist to support compliance, security, and privacy initiatives across a global organization. This role focuses on conducting Security & Privacy Impact Assessments, supporting internal and external audits, maintaining compliance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to data protection regulations such as GDPR. Localization: Łódź Work mode: Hybrid ͏ Key Responsibilities Manage internal audits related to SOX, compliance controls, and ad-hoc audit activities. Support business stakeholders in meeting compliance requirements defined by the Information Security Management System (ISMS). Perform regular compliance controls, including user access management, change management, policy adherence, and other governance activities. Act as the primary point of contact for internal audit teams regarding the organization's compliance control framework and ISMS. Maintain and update security, privacy, and compliance-related policies and procedures. Support responses to data subject access requests and privacy-related inquiries. ͏ Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Compliance, Risk Management, or related fields. Practical knowledge of privacy regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar standards. Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
