HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing time effectively to meet targets and creating plans for short-term work activities. Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, adhering to guidelines and policies while functioning in ambiguous situations. Follow established procedures and general instructions under general supervision to solve loosely defined problems. Periodically review your work and that of colleagues in a mentor role, using judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed. Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal quality, addressing technical issues, evaluating vendors, and resolving scheduling conflicts and quality concerns. Act as the primary liaison between the company and contractors, providing necessary information to ensure quality standards are met. Respond to cost and feasibility inquiries, obtain vendor quotations, and coordinate the creation of documentation for the contractor manual. Drive the team's goals and objectives to achieve team targets critical for successful deliverables, using innovative communication skills to resolve complex issues and foster consensus among teams. Coordinate activities for a smooth and timely launch, such as artwork initiation, approval, regulatory compliance, and manage supply chain issues, reviewing market demand trends and utilizing Opex methods to improve work quality and effectiveness. Support initiation, execution, and oversight of outsourced analytical development and GMP testing activities. Partner with ARD project teams to translate internal analytical needs into clear external scopes of work and vendor deliverables. Coordinate with external vendors to track milestones, deliverables, data packages, and project risks. Review analytical data packages for alignment with scope, scientific expectations, and project needs; support issue identification and technical troubleshooting. Support RFQ/RFP activities, vendor evaluations, and vendor performance discussions in partnership with Global Procurement, Vendor Quality and other internal stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities across EDMS PAS workflows, vendor engagement models, and external analytical execution processes. Build awareness of operational and financial processes including purchase orders, invoices, budgets, vendor spend, delivery tracking and KPIs. QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience. Experience in supply chain systems and projects requiring a collaborative approach. Strong analytical skills to understand complex business issues and processes. Extensive knowledge of data management systems. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to work in teams. Excellent interpersonal skills. Recent knowledge of ARD workflows, project interfaces, documentation expectations, and analytical deliverables is required. Working knowledge of analytical techniques used for pharmaceutical development, such as chromatography, dissolution, Karl Fischer, particle size, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, or related methods. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of GMP laboratory expectations. Ability to work effectively across internal functions and with external partners in a fast-paced dynamic project environment. Nice-to-Have Master's degree with more than 1+ year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience. Extensive experience in a planning environment within a production plant. In-depth understanding of aseptic manufacturing processes. Background in planning and production in a pharmaceutical setting. Proficiency in managing supply chain agreements with markets. Adept at coordinating all necessary activities for product launches. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment. Strong organizational abilities. Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
