The Senior Buyer will take full ownership of the Women’s Denim category — from assortment planning and product development to sourcing, supplier negotiations, forecasting and in-season performance.




We’re looking for someone with:




* Proven buying or product development experience specifically in denim, ideally women’s denim;

* 3+ years of experience in fashion or fast-paced retail;

* Hands-on ownership of seasonal denim collections, including assortment building, sourcing and supplier negotiations;

* Strong knowledge of denim products, fabrics, fits, washes and commercial trends;

* Strong commercial and analytical skills, supported by measurable sell-through, margin, cost or range wins;

* Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude for analysis, research and everyday work;

* A competitive, score-driven approach and the ambition to outperform last season’s results;

* Strong product instinct, commercial curiosity and the ability to re-plan calmly when priorities change;

* An AI-native, growth-oriented mindset with the resilience and drive to keep improving.




The role is fully based in Dubai. Relocation and visa support are provided.
