Senior Civil, Structural & Architectural Designer

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Civil, Structural & Architectural Designer to join a leading international engineering organization. The role offers the chance to work on complex Oil & Gas and petrochemical projects across multiple project phases, from FEED through detailed design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Civil, Structural & Architectural designs and deliverables for major industrial projects.
• Produce detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for civil, structural and architectural elements.
• Work with AVEVA E3D, PDMS and/or SP3D, with professional experience in AVEVA E3D mandatory.
• Apply E3D management procedures and design standards to ensure consistent project execution.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts and detailing using AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.
• Coordinate designs with other engineering disciplines to ensure accurate interfaces and constructability.
• Apply relevant international engineering standards, codes and safety regulations.
• Contribute to design reviews and support the development and improvement of design standards and working methods.
• Work effectively within multi-location and multicultural engineering teams.

Your Profile

• Degree or technician diploma in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering/Design.
• 10+ years of experience as a Civil, Structural & Architectural Designer within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer or similar industries.
• Extensive experience with onshore projects, covering FEED through detailed design, including greenfield, brownfield and revamp projects.
• AVEVA E3D experience is essential; PDMS and SP3D experience is highly desirable.
• Civil 3D experience is an advantage.
• Strong AutoCAD and CAD standards knowledge.
• Knowledge of Eurocodes, British and/or American standards is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Legal eligibility to work and reside in the Netherlands and EU is preferred.
