ROLE OVERVIEW As a Senior Client Solutions Associate , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end research projects for Chinese corporate clients, consulting firms, and investment institutions. This role requires strong client relationship management, project management, and problem-solving skills to design tailored research solutions by leveraging Arches' global expert network and research capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, translate their needs into actionable research strategies, identify the most suitable experts and research methodologies, and ensure seamless, high-quality project execution from initiation through successful delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Project Management & Research Solution Design Manage daily research requests from Chinese corporate, consulting, and fund clients, quickly understanding project objectives, business context, and key requirements. Translate client needs into effective research approaches, including expert interviews, surveys, market studies, written insights, and customized research engagements. Coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality expert matching, and excellent client experience. Provide proactive recommendations to clients on suitable research solutions based on their business challenges. Expert Network Engagement & Research Execution Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to identify, evaluate, and engage suitable industry experts based on client requirements. Maintain high standards of compliance, quality control, and confidentiality. 3. Client Relationship Development & Account Growth Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business models, research priorities, and long-term needs. Support the growth of key client accounts by increasing client engagement with Arches’ research solutions. Identify opportunities to introduce additional services, including expert interviews, surveys, custom research reports, and other research products. Work closely with Sales teams to support client retention and revenue growth. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Research, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery. Partner with global teams to leverage international expert resources and support cross-border research projects. Work with specialized teams (e.g., AQA survey, events, strategic research) to develop and deliver customized client solutions. REQUIREMENTS Preferred Background 3+ years of experience in expert network, client solutions, consulting, research, market intelligence, or related industries. Experience serving corporate clients, consulting firms, or investment institutions is preferred. diverse network of experts in China and across APAC. Strong understanding of China business environment and familiarity with industries such as technology, finance, consumer, healthcare, manufacturing, or emerging industries. Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English.
