PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.

The Senior Commercial Manager is responsible for leading the full commercial and financial management of a major sub-program, typically with a value in excess of $1 billion CAD. The role provides leadership and oversight of the commercial function across the sub-program, ensuring robust commercial governance, effective cost control and strong financial performance. This position carries overall accountability for the commercial outcomes of the sub-program, including risk management, procurement, estimating, cost management, financial reporting, and supply chain performance. Senior Commercial Managers are experienced industry professionals who bring a well-rounded commercial skill set developed through major infrastructure project delivery experience. They demonstrate strong commercial judgement, the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, and the leadership capability to develop large commercial teams. The role requires a deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure sector, strong negotiation capability, and the ability to adapt within complex project environments. A proven track record of building and managing high-performing commercial teams is essential. Professional chartership or working towards chartered status with a recognized professional body is desirable
