Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. Facilitate communication between creative, marketing, and other internal & external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Oversee project workflow, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Implement and optimise project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency. Champion creative excellence while balancing business objectives and practical constraints. WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF You have 5+ years of experience as a highly organised and proactive Creative Operations or Creative Project Manager in a creative, marketing, or agency setting, with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns and strategic initiatives on time and to a high standard. You have a strong understanding of end-to-end project planning and execution, including managing timelines, budgets, resources, and proactively mitigating risks. You are exceptional at communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, adept at coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment. You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to oversee project workflows, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. You are proficient with project management methodologies and tools, coupled with a drive to continuously optimise processes for enhanced efficiency. You have a passion for creative excellence, balanced with a pragmatic approach to business objectives and practical constraints. Fluency in English is essential.
