Senior Data & AI Engineer_CEO室 仕事概要 The Mission We are building Zeroboard’s cognitive engine—a serverless AI platform that connects our customer data (Slack, Meets, Salesforce, Jira, GA4, etc.) with Generative AI to give our Customer Success team "right context, at the right time". You will be the primary builder working directly with the VP of Data & AI to turn this architectural vision into a deployed reality. What You Will Build (First 6 Months) ・The Data Foundation: Architect and deploy the "Customer 360" warehouse in BigQuery. You will configure serverless pipelines (using BigQuery Data Transfer Service & Application Integration) to ingest live data from various sources. ・The AI Layer: Build and orchestrate Vertex AI Agents that can "chat" with our data. Candidates must be residents of Japan or willing to relocate there. Our company can provide a visa. In-person attendance is not mandatory but may be requested by managers or the company.
