🎯 Your Role

You'll take the technical lead on projects, including:

• Designing and building enterprise-scale data platforms
• Leading cloud data migrations from on-premise environments
• Developing distributed data pipelines using Spark/Python
• Designing robust data models and architectures
• Leading PoCs and technology evaluations
• Working directly with clients to solve complex business challenges
• Mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
• Exploring how AI and GenAI can improve engineering and business processes

👀 We're Looking For

• 3+ years' Data Engineering experience
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Hands-on Spark and/or Python
• Strong data modelling skills
• Databricks or Snowflake experience is highly desirable
• Technical Lead or Project Management experience is a plus
• Experience with data governance or multi-cloud environments is advantageous
• Japanese: JLPT N2 / Business Level – Required
• English: Business Level – Required
• Passion for emerging Data & AI technologies
