(subject to review and approval) About the Role: Join a team dedicated to improving oral health outcomes for the Canberra community Canberra Health Services Dental (CHS Dental) is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Therapist to provide professional leadership, clinical oversight and strategic direction across our public oral health services. Working within the Division of Community Health and Integrated Care, you will lead service delivery, support workforce development, drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy and clinical standards, while continuing to provide high-quality clinical care to eligible adults and children across Canberra. To be successful, you will bring extensive public dentistry experience, strong leadership and organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centred care. You will be a collaborative and compassionate clinician who can build strong relationships, mentor staff and support continuous service improvement.
