Establish strong domain ownership and governance aligned to our Product Operating Model. Lead capacity planning and resource prioritization across product domains. Establish outcome-focused goals that guide product teams and measure real impact across fulfillment reliability, service effectiveness, user experience, and operational efficiency. Product Leadership and Delivery Own product roadmaps across Order Fulfillment domains and platforms, ensuring work is connected to clear business, customer, partner, and operational outcomes. Deliver measurable improvements in customer value, operational effectiveness, reliability and decision quality Standardize discovery, prioritization, and delivery practices across domains. Partner with engineering, design, and data leaders to build reliable, scalable products. Simplify and rationalize fragmented tools and processes where possible. Product Model and Organizational Leadership Contribute to the continued maturation of the Product Operating Model, refining governance, accountability, and domain boundaries as the organization scales Help lead the shift from project-based delivery to empowered, outcome-driven product teams. Encourage teams to learn quickly through prototyping, experimentation, and customer feedback. Strengthen how teams work with stakeholders by focusing discussions on outcomes and impact.
