Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Relocation Assistance

We're partnering with one of Texas' leading electrical contractors to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to deliver some of the largest and most technically demanding mission critical projects in the United States.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major electrical construction projects from pre-construction through to commissioning.

You'll lead project teams, manage client relationships, oversee commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large mission critical electrical projects from award through close-out.
• Own project profitability, budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage schedules, procurement, risk and project resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers and field leadership.
• Drive change order management, contract administration and commercial performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Champion collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across the project team.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects with scopes exceeding $20M.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Experience leading project teams on complex commercial builds.
• Data center experience is desirable, but not required.
• Excellent client-facing, leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions-driven approach with a track record of delivering successful projects.
