Senior Embryologist — Tbilisi, Georgia The IVF Guide is recruiting on behalf of a leading fertility clinic in Tbilisi for an experienced Senior IVF Embryologist to join their state-of-the-art laboratory team. Georgia has also become a major regional hub for assisted reproductive technologies, meaning you'd be joining a sector that's growing fast and attracting patients from across the world. The Opportunity This is a chance to bring your embryology expertise to one of the region's most advanced fertility centres, the first IVF clinic in Georgia to hold American accreditation. Based within a major multi-specialty hospital, the lab operates alongside maternity, NICU, genetics and a full range of specialist departments, giving you the infrastructure and support of a genuinely international clinical environment. You'll work across the full spectrum of embryology, from oocyte and sperm vitrification through to ICSI, embryo culture and grading, PGT biopsy and beyond. About You We're looking for someone with extensive, hands-on clinical embryology experience and confident English communication skills. You'll be comfortable across all IVF processes and have a solid grounding in documentation, quality control and regulatory compliance. Candidates from European backgrounds are preferred, and a detailed CV will help us understand your background fully. The Package USD 4,000–6,000 gross per month, an initial contract of at least a year with scope to extend, and support with visa and onboarding where needed.
