We're looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to help shape the visual identity of a growing brand across multiple platforms. You'll play a key role in creating compelling content across digital, print, social media, outdoor advertising, and motion graphics while helping to elevate the creative standards of the wider team. The Role

As the Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer, you'll be responsible for developing creative assets across a wide range of marketing channels while ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint.

Beyond producing your own work, you'll provide guidance to a junior content creator, collaborate closely with the videography and marketing teams, and help deliver engaging campaigns that make an impact across both traditional and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets across digital, print, social media, outdoor advertising, websites, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, brand idents, and product explainers.
• Develop campaign visuals that maintain a consistent and engaging brand identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the videographer and content team to ensure visual consistency across design and video content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and day-to-day guidance to a junior content creator.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and high creative standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and social media.
• Strong motion graphics and animation experience using Adobe After Effects or equivalent software.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative creative environment.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly or similar to enhance creative workflows without compromising quality.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a senior design or creative lead role.
• Video editing skills to support wider multimedia projects.
• Illustration, 3D design, or advanced animation capabilities.
• Experience working with telecommunications, retail, or consumer-focused brands.

Relocation Considerations

• Willingness and ability to relocate internationally is essential.
• This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Caribbean.
• Full relocation assistance and housing support will be provided for the successful candidate.
