People Leadership & Culture: Be a visible, floor-present leader. Motivate people, model accountability, and develop a plant culture where performance and respect go hand in hand. Mentor team members and build up the next generation—several retirements are on the horizon Growth Planning & Scalability: Prepare the operation to scale—doubling output and expanding the workforce. Support long-term expansion planning. Operations Partnership: Work closely with the Operations Leadership Team on day-to-day execution and long-term planning. Bring sound judgment, presence, and financial awareness—this role could be a stepping stone.
