Job Title Senior Manager Field Reimbursement Job Description Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement- Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics The Senior Manager of Field Reimbursement for our Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) group will educate and engage customers on coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and payer policy related to Philips products and services. This customer-facing role works across new, evaluating, and long-standing accounts to reduce reimbursement barriers for US patients and providers, requiring significant customer interaction and travel. The role operates under general supervision while proactively developing work plans and strategies. Your role: Serve as the senior reimbursement subject matter expert for Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics products and services, advising customers and internal teams on provider economics, coding, coverage, payment, health policy, and Medicare and commercial payer requirements. Ensure all reimbursement information, resources, training, and customer-facing guidance are accurate, compliant, and clearly communicated. Develop and execute field reimbursement strategies that reduce access barriers for patients and providers, expand payer coverage, and improve payment pathways across new, evaluating, and established accounts. Partner with field sales leadership to set regional priorities, support customer education, and drive reimbursement objectives through frequent communication and business reviews. Build and maintain influential customer, payer, and stakeholder relationships through reimbursement-focused engagement, payer presentations, and provider education. Communicate complex reimbursement and health economic information in a clear, audience-appropriate manner to payers, providers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners. Collaborate with HEMAR, Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, Legal, and Compliance to identify payer access challenges, develop provider economic programs and tools, and align reimbursement strategy with business priorities. Provide voice-of-the-payer and voice-of-the-hospital insights to inform internal strategy, product development, and market access planning. Lead the development of annual reimbursement objectives, KPIs, reporting systems, and productivity tracking to measure field impact and business outcomes. Stay current on evolving health policy, reimbursement trends, and industry best practices through conferences, forums, and external engagement while supporting change efforts under general supervision. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 10+ years of related field reimbursement experience, similar or adjacent monitoring experience strongly preferred. Your skills include a strong proven experience with market access and reimbursement, proven ability to operate in the field and present to varied stakeholder groups, and a strong ability to articulate value in a field reimbursement role. You have a master’s degree or higher in a related field. Related certifications preferred but not required. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . You’re an excellent communicator, with an ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders utilizing your field reimbursement medical device industry experience and knowledge. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $133,000 to $212,000. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $140,000 to $223,000. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $149,000 to $237,000. Ability to align to Pacific time zone core hours is preferred but not required. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
