- Drive model compression and efficiency research: pruning,quantization,distillation,recovery fine-tuning.
- Design rigorous evals on agent reasoning and tool-calling behavior using real traffic.
- Explore post-training (SFT/RL) to preserve agentic tool-use and train speculative decoding models.
