The role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the next evolution of INFINNI from a product into a developer platform and ecosystem.
We already have the foundation of an API. Your job will be to take that much further: define how agencies, developers and technology partners can build on top of INFINNI and ultimately create a marketplace where third-party applications and integrations extend what the platform can do.
This is not primarily a marketplace merchandising role. It is a developer platform product role.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, design and commercial teams to define the platform architecture, developer experience, app model and ecosystem strategy from the ground up.
What you'll own
Developer Platform
Define the product strategy and roadmap for INFINNI’s developer platform, including:
Work closely with engineering to ensure INFINNI exposes a coherent set of capabilities that can be used by external applications, internal products and AI agents.
Marketplace
Take the INFINNI marketplace from concept to launch.
Define:
The goal isn't simply to launch an app directory. It's to create an ecosystem where developers can build valuable businesses on top of INFINNI.
Ecosystem
Identify the applications and integrations that matter most to creator businesses and help seed the initial ecosystem.
Potential categories include:
Work with technology partners and our largest agencies to understand what they want to build and ensure the platform enables those use cases.
What success looks like
In the first 12 months, we'd expect you to help us:
Who we're looking for
You have significant product management experience in developer platforms, APIs, integrations or app ecosystems.
Ideally, you've helped build or scale a developer ecosystem at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
You should be comfortable working deeply with engineers and discussing:
You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be technically strong enough to earn the trust of excellent platform engineers.
You understand that a successful developer platform isn't just an API. It requires great developer experience, distribution, incentives and a clear reason for developers to build.
You think in platforms and ecosystems rather than individual features.
Particularly relevant backgrounds
Experience building developer platforms, APIs or ecosystems at companies such as Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Atlassian, Stripe, Zapier or similar platform businesses would be highly relevant.
Experience taking a developer platform or marketplace from 0 → 1 is particularly valuable.
