Project Manager / Scheduler — Grid & Energy Infrastructure

📍 Dubai, UAE (relocation and visa sponsorship supported) · Full-time · Travel to Germany as projects require

At VUC Consulting we work on project controls and programme steering for grid and energy infrastructure in Germany. Our principals have led project controls and programme scheduling on large-scale transmission and HVDC programmes, including multi-billion-euro grid corridors and 380 kV projects.

We're growing the team and looking for a Project Manager / Scheduler to join us in Dubai and deliver alongside our principals.

What you'll do

• Build, maintain and control integrated project schedules in Primavera P6
• Track progress, analyse the critical path, and flag deviations and schedule risks early
• Prepare schedule and status reporting for project and client management
• Review and integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules
• Work directly with our principals on mandate delivery, and travel to Germany when a project requires on-site presence

What we're looking for

• Experience in project controls, scheduling or project management — ideally on infrastructure, energy or grid programmes
• German at professional working level. This is a requirement, not a preference: you will need to run meetings, produce reporting and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in German, in a German client environment. Professional English alongside it.
• Primavera P6
• Willing to be based in Dubai, and eligible to travel to Germany for project work
• Comfortable working directly with clients and taking ownership of a schedule
