Your tasks Lead mid-size Energy Asset or Corporate Business Development (BD) and M&A projects, with full accountability for delivery. Manage workstreams or sub-projects within large, complex projects. Lead cross-functional, international project teams including advisors and senior experts. Deliver high-quality evaluations, risk assessments, and decision recommendations aligned with governance requirements. Develop strong strategic rationale and investment cases for acquisitions and growth opportunities. Prepare and manage project decision gates, including reviews, pre-alignments, and assurance processes. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors (technical, commercial, financial, legal). Contribute to negotiation and execution of transaction agreements. Lead integration planning and post-acquisition execution to deliver expected returns. Ensure compliance with governance, HSSE standards, and internal management systems. Your profile Master’s degree / diploma in commercial, engineering, subsurface, or a relevant field. Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience. Proven track record in energy business development (preferably upstream) and/or M&A projects. Strong financial and analytical skills, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in international environments. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills, including experience leading project teams. Flexible, resilient, team oriented, with an aptitude for leveraging our energy data sets and AI tools to improve project performance. Fluency in English. Unlock your potential. Make it count. The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 114,828 all-in . Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
