Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field 8+ years of project management experience in complex industrial, utility, infrastructure, or EPC environments Demonstrated experience leading high-voltage substation projects, transmission projects, or utility-scale EPC programs Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, contract management, and risk mitigation Experience managing customer relationships on large capital projects Prior people leadership experience within a matrixed or multinational organization preferred PMP certification preferred Strong technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities Must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Location & Relocation This role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina .
