Senior Project Manager-Hawaii Relocation Available

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join one of Hawaii's most established mechanical contractors.

The company has been in business for approximately 60 years, and is a leading mechanical contractor serving Hawaii. Their portfolio includes some of the Islands' largest resorts, hospitals, hotels, and commercial projects, including projects valued at $45M+.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience managing large commercial projects
• Background in one or more of the following:
• Mechanical
• Plumbing
• Sheet Metal
• Fire Protection
• Experience with large-scale resorts, hospitals, hotels, healthcare, or commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proactive approach to project management
• Ability to bring project teams, subcontractors, owners, and stakeholders together
• Strong experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and project execution
  

Relocation Package

• Relocation expenses
• 30 days of corporate housing
• Company vehicle for the first 30 days, depending on the candidate
• Assistance with the transition to Hawaii
  
  

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in resort, healthcare, hospitality, and large commercial construction. You do not need to currently live in Hawaii to be considered.
