We're headhunting for a Senior Project Manager to join a world-class forwarder where project logistics isn't just a division—it's who they are. Everyone here lives and breathes complex, large-scale cargo movements. If you're an experienced PM ready to operate at the premium end of the market, this could be your next chapter.

The Role

You'll manage multi-modal, internationally complex EPC projects across heavy lift, breakbulk, out of gauge, and specialized cargo. Projects typically range from €5–10m in value, with regular exposure to €20m+ assignments and a track record of handling mega-projects exceeding €100m.

Your portfolio will span turnkey projects for Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and power generation, plus bespoke OOG solutions for leading German fabricators.

You'll work with a talented 20-person projects team in Frankfurt, reporting directly to the branch manager—meaning short decision-making lines and genuine autonomy. As a senior resource, you'll mentor junior team members while focusing on delivery excellence, not people management overhead.

The Projects

These aren't routine shipments. They're career-defining assignments:

• Geographic scope: Primarily cross-trade movements to the US, Middle East, Brazil, Asia
• Modal mix: Ocean freight as the core (with pre- and on-carriage), supplemented by air freight for urgent commissioning items and occasional specialist requirements
• Sectors: Oil & Gas, petrochemical, power, infrastructure, mining, metals, and pulp & paper
• Scale: Teams of 3–7 people on standard projects; 10+ for mega-programs, with global coordination

Your work will be visible on the international stage, strengthening your reputation among major EPCs and clients who specifically request this forwarder by name.

The Package

€70,000 - €110,000 depending on experience. Based in Frankfurt. Relocation assistance may be available if you are moving from elsewhere in Germany.
