Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Portfolio Manager / Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a 100% commission-based role (No Fixed Salary). The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and managing the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties. Daily activities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, advising clients on market trends, pricing, financing options, and investment opportunities, and preparing, reviewing, and negotiating sales agreements. The Real Estate Sales Agent will also be expected to maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently with clients, and work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven real estate sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate market, with a solid understanding of local property regulations and market trends
• Valid Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one in the United Arab Emirates
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and ability to build long-term relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple property listings, client requirements, and transactions while working effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• A valid UAE Driving License or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE
• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property advisory is mandate
