Build the Team Behind the World's Most Ambitious Strategy Game Total Battle is already one of the most-played 4X strategy games out there. Our goal is to make it #1 in the world — and we need exceptional people to get there. We're looking for a Recruiter who knows how to find talent that isn't looking, close candidates who have options, and build a hiring process that scales. The role You'll own full-cycle recruiting for the whole product team: developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, product analysts, project managers, and a product manager. Each role has its own market, candidate profile, and assessment approach, and you'll run searches across all of them. Expect to spend a lot of your time sourcing — most of these profiles aren't on the job market, and inbound applications won't fill the pipeline. Your ability to find and engage passive candidates is what will make or break the role. This isn't a coordinator or sourcer-only role — you'll own recruiting end-to-end: developing the interview process, negotiating offers, training hiring managers, benchmarking compensation against the market, and reporting hiring data to stakeholders. If you want to own recruiting as a function — not just execute it — this is the role.
