YOU | As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will develop trusted relationships with clients and the broader regional commercial and agricultural community, delivering tailored solutions that support their financial and business objectives. You will be commercially minded, relationship-focused and passionate about regional Australia.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in Agribusiness, Commercial or Business Banking with responsibility for managing lending portfolios and customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of agricultural industries, including seasonal cycles, market dynamics and the challenges facing regional businesses.
- Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, credit assessment and structuring lending solutions.
- Proven business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, generate referrals and grow a portfolio.
- Strong risk management capability and an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

THE ROLE | As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow an established portfolio of regional commercial and agribusiness clients.
