About the Opportunity
A Denver-based innovative robotics company is developing advanced autonomous systems that operate in highly dynamic, real-world environments where multiple robots must coordinate safely, efficiently, and at scale.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, highly technical engineering team and directly influence the architecture, algorithms, and deployment of next-generation robotics systems. The company offers a unique combination of deep technical challenges, startup ownership, and the ability to see your work deployed in production environments.
Join a collaborative team of approximately 20+ employees where individual contributions directly influence product architecture, deployment strategy, and company growth.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior to Principal Robotics Software Engineer with deep expertise in Motion Planning, Multi-Agent Path Finding (MAPF), Autonomous Robotics Systems, C++, Linux, and ROS2.
You will lead the development of planning and coordination algorithms that enable fleets of autonomous robots to operate collaboratively in constrained environments. Success in this role requires balancing theoretical rigor with practical implementation, developing solutions that are safe, scalable, and robust enough for real-world deployment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex planning problems, scaling autonomous systems, and mentoring other engineers while remaining highly hands-on technically.
