We are looking for a Full time, Senior Social Worker to support us to deliver our vision of supporting people to achieve what matters to them, living independently in a place they call home. Collaboration and co-production are at the heart of what we do. Working alongside partners, community organisations, carers, and most importantly the people we support to shape meaningful and personalised outcomes. The role The Mental Health Review Team's primary function is to carry out annual reviews for service users who already have commissioned support in place. There is a focus on maximising independence and working creatively to find the least restrictive options for care and support. We are an established team and offer a friendly and supportive environment. We often work collaboratively with other professionals and teams caross health and adult social care. We are looking for a senior social worker to join the team, the ideal candidate will have significant experience in working with people with mental health difficulties, a strong value base and and demonstrable skills in applying legislative frameworks to practice.
