Senior C++ Software Engineer – HFT

Compensation: Up to $225,000 base + bonus

A highly technical quantitative trading firm is expanding its engineering team in the UAE and looking to hire experienced C++ Software Engineers.

The firm operates at the intersection of high-frequency trading and advanced AI, developing autonomous agents to predict and trade across global Equities and Futures markets.

You will work across the full trading stack, building and optimising high-performance, real-time systems where latency and reliability are critical.

The Role

• Develop high-performance, low-latency systems in modern C++
• Build infrastructure supporting autonomous trading agents
• Work across market data, exchange connectivity and execution
• Profile and optimise latency-critical systems
• Partner closely with quantitative researchers and traders

Ideal Background

• Strong modern C++ engineering experience
• Experience in HFT, electronic trading, market making or performance-critical systems
• Strong Linux and systems knowledge
• Experience with concurrent, real-time and latency-sensitive applications
