We’re hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers (3–5+ years) who are backend-leaning, highly hands-on, and comfortable owning greenfield products end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the founding team, ship rapidly, and build systems designed to scale from thousands to millions of candidate interactions.
What You'll Build
Own zero-to-one products across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and APIs.
Build scalable, high-throughput distributed systems for production workloads.
Develop end-to-end applications using TypeScript and Python.
Design and operate serverless AWS infrastructure.
Improve reliability, observability, monitoring, and system performance.
Work directly with the founding team and Director of Engineering with high autonomy.
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Strong TypeScript expertise across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Strong Python foundation.
Proven experience building and scaling distributed, high-throughput production systems.
2+ years at an early-stage, VC-backed startup (Series A or earlier strongly preferred).
Experience with production observability, monitoring, reliability, and mission-critical systems.
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
Comfortable working across the stack rather than specializing exclusively in one layer.
Based in NYC or able to relocate and work in-office Monday–Thursday.
Nice to Have
Experience at a leading technology company or high-growth startup such as Stripe, Ramp, or similar.
Production experience building AI/ML applications, LLM-powered products, or ML pipelines.
Experience with AWS, serverless architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
